Q. Where are the Pain Management Services Physicians located? |

| A. It is always best to check with your insurance to verify what benefits your plan provides for payment of pain treatment. We do accept most insurances, Medicare, BadgerCare and Medical Assistance. | ||||
| A. Your insurance card, any xrays or medical records that have not previously been sent to the clinic. | ||||
| A. Go to our pain management education section to read about common procedures. For most procedures if they are painful, sedation is given to reduce the discomfort. | ||||
| A. If they have been given sedation they must have another person drive them home. It is always best to make arrangements for a driver when a treatment procedure is scheduled. | ||||
| A. Please call prior to the visit to see if any changes are needed to the medication dosage. | ||||
